Customize your MapQuest experience and make it your own!
By saving a few simple choices in the Settings area, you can make your MapQuest experience even more productive!
Send to Cell
Want to send your maps or directions to your cell phone? Save your mobile phone number and when you use our "Send to Cell" feature, it will default to this number for sending driving directions, maps or business listings to! (See more information on Send to Cell.)
Map Default
You can designate your home and/or work address as the default map you'll see each time you visit MapQuest.com. It will also appear in the Saved and Recent pull downs used across the MapQuest site.
Language Preference and Map View
If English is your second language, you can choose to show your route description in another language. Choose from one of 8 languages: Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish or Swedish.
If you prefer to see the Satellite / Aerial view in MapQuest maps you can make that your default view and each time you visit MapQuest you'll see your favorite view.
Recent Locations
You can save and display your 10 most recent mapped locations. See them all listed together and easily revisit them - with one click!
